The #iamokayareyou mobile app is a one-stop mobile application to increase the awareness of mental wellness and mental health among members of the public. It provides information on mental health, mental health services and events relating to mental health. A self-assessment tool is made available for users to obtain a gauge of their mental wellness. Users are also able to make a self-referral or refer others who need help to a mental health service provider.
